- Services are provided as described on each service page. The Association does not promise any subsidy, loan approval, tender award, export order or guaranteed contract.
- Work requiring a qualified or practising professional is performed and signed by appropriately qualified persons.
- Marketplace listings, buyer requirements and enquiries are between users. The Association moderates listings but is not a party to the transactions.
- Trainers are responsible for the content they publish and must hold rights to it.
- Misuse of the platform, including scraping the directory or spamming users, may lead to suspension.
